About
Validating one narrow workflow before claiming the whole product.
The product direction connects the operational gap between campaign delivery and accounting. The current release is a private, agency-first design-partner pilot with most of that workflow still gated.
Who this is for
We are recruiting Indian talent agencies managing roughly 5–50 active creators and somewhere between 20 and 500 paid collaborations a month — the point at which spreadsheets, WhatsApp and generic invoicing stop giving you reliable operational control.
The same problem may exist at n = 1, but the current pilot is agency-first and invite-only. The Creator and Free bands are post-pilot commercial hypotheses, not open subscriptions.
The target roles include talent managers, campaign and operations staff, finance and collections, and the agency administrator. Around them sit the people who may need scoped access rather than a seat: creators, brand-side approvers and a CA. Several of those access paths remain gated.
Who this is not for, yet
- Creators with only the occasional brand deal — at two or three a year a spreadsheet is genuinely enough, and the free plan is there if you would rather not keep one.
- Enterprise influencer networks with complex procurement requirements.
- Global multi-entity accounting teams.
- Brands looking primarily for creator discovery.
- Anyone looking for loans, advances, or custody of money.
If you are one of those, we would rather say so now than sell you a seat you will not use.
What we deliberately don't build
A narrow product is a choice, and these are the edges of it. TalentDocket is not a creator discovery marketplace or social listening database. It is not a general ledger, a payroll product, or a replacement for your accountant. It does not hold your money, lend against your invoices, or act as a financial intermediary. And it does not make autonomous tax, contract or compliance decisions on your behalf.
Each of those is a real business someone else is better placed to run. Doing them badly alongside the workflow would make the workflow worse.
How we work with early agencies
We are recruiting a small number of agencies to shape the product on real collaborations rather than treating a roadmap as validation. That means we ask for baseline numbers before you start — how long invoicing currently takes, what your overdue ageing looks like — so that any improvement is something you can actually verify rather than take on trust.
It also means we would rather hear that a step does not fit how your agency works than discover it six months later in a churn conversation.
Questions
Everything agencies ask.
Do you hold or move our money?
No. TalentDocket does not take custody of funds, lend, factor, advance against invoices or connect to bank accounts. The planned reconciliation workflow records evidence of money that moved elsewhere; that capability is currently gated.
Does this replace our accountant or our accounting software?
No. There is no general ledger. The product direction is an operational trail from scope through accountant handoff, but invoicing, collections, reconciliation and export capabilities are currently gated.
Is this a creator discovery marketplace?
No. We do not run a creator database, campaign marketplace or social-listening product. The target workflow starts after you already have a collaboration; the complete path to reconciled payment is not yet released.
I’m a creator, not an agency. Can I use this?
Not as a self-service product today. The current release is an invite-only, agency-first design-partner pilot. The Free and Creator bands shown on the pricing page are commercial hypotheses for later validation, not purchasable plans.
Can our creators and brand contacts use it?
Role-based access and core records are in bounded pilot. Brand-side exact-version approval and external-accountant access remain gated, so access is agreed per design-partner pilot rather than promised as generally available.
How do we move our existing deals across?
Migration is assessed during design-partner onboarding. Some creator and counterparty import code exists, but no generally available migration service or complete day-one ageing guarantee is released.
Does TalentDocket guarantee tax or legal compliance?
No. Commercial, tax and compliance decisions remain yours and your advisers’. GST validation is limited to a bounded pilot; TDS assistance, accountant exports and privacy operations remain gated pending their stated professional and release reviews.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no native app. The pilot uses a responsive web client, but complete mobile and assistive-technology evidence is still a release gate for several workflows.

We will compare that problem with the bounded pilot and the gated target workflow without presenting either as more mature than the release registry allows.
