Commercial hypothesis
These roster bands are a model to validate with design partners. Self-service access, subscription billing, plan enforcement and scaled support operations are explicitly deferred.
Proposed scope only. Self-service access and entitlements are not released.
Proposed figures are monthly INR equivalents, exclusive of GST. They are not emitted as purchasable offers in structured data. Provider selection, external charges, Founder/Sales approval and willingness-to-pay evidence remain open.
Proposed metric
This definition is a testable pricing hypothesis, not an enforced entitlement in the current release.
Under the proposed model, a creator would count toward your band in a month if they have at least one collaboration that moved — scope agreed, a deliverable submitted or approved, an invoice issued, or a payment reconciled. A dormant creator sitting on your roster does not count, and neither does an archived one.
In the proposed Creator band that count is one: you. It is intended for professionals running collaborations regularly rather than for the occasional brand deal.
The proposed Free band would allow three active collaborations. It is not open for self-service registration today, and its scope still requires the product and commercial decisions listed in the launch gates.
The intended behavior is to flag a band change and apply it at the next billing cycle rather than cut work off mid-month. No entitlement or billing implementation is released, so this behavior is not yet an enforceable term.
The current hypothesis does not meter team members, counterparties, collaborations, invoices, storage, evidence or transaction value: an agency running ₹5 lakh a month and one running ₹50 lakh pay the same at the same roster size.
The intended commercial boundary is portable data without an export fee or retention hold. Versioned accountant packages exist in repository tests but remain gated, so unrestricted production export is not yet promised.
Questions
No. TalentDocket does not take custody of funds, lend, factor, advance against invoices or connect to bank accounts. The planned reconciliation workflow records evidence of money that moved elsewhere; that capability is currently gated.
No. There is no general ledger. The product direction is an operational trail from scope through accountant handoff, but invoicing, collections, reconciliation and export capabilities are currently gated.
No. We do not run a creator database, campaign marketplace or social-listening product. The target workflow starts after you already have a collaboration; the complete path to reconciled payment is not yet released.
Not as a self-service product today. The current release is an invite-only, agency-first design-partner pilot. The Free and Creator bands shown on the pricing page are commercial hypotheses for later validation, not purchasable plans.
Role-based access and core records are in bounded pilot. Brand-side exact-version approval and external-accountant access remain gated, so access is agreed per design-partner pilot rather than promised as generally available.
Migration is assessed during design-partner onboarding. Some creator and counterparty import code exists, but no generally available migration service or complete day-one ageing guarantee is released.
No. Commercial, tax and compliance decisions remain yours and your advisers’. GST validation is limited to a bounded pilot; TDS assistance, accountant exports and privacy operations remain gated pending their stated professional and release reviews.
There is no native app. The pilot uses a responsive web client, but complete mobile and assistive-technology evidence is still a release gate for several workflows.
